LAST CALL - VOTE THURSDAY!

September Hedgehog Rumpus Book Club Book Ideas?

One suggestion: A Great and Terrible Beauty by Libba Bray; it is her first book. She combines a bit of fantasy (just a bit, Susan!) with a Victorian-era setting and some Gothic touches. And I love boarding school stories.

Also, The Truth About Forever by Sarah Dessen. She's gained a lot of popularity in the past few years and I'm curious to see if she's any good.

What else?

Both those sound good to me. I also came across some suggestions that I'll just throw out, since I'm out of the loop with what y'all have already read: So B. It and Peter Pan.

E., I adore Peter Pan. Maybe you should avoid it. ;-)

Seriously, it's just possible that you'll love it, but I really can't tell. It's got a lot of action, but it's also extremely weird in ways that I'm not sure you'd like.

I haven't read So. B. It., but I'm interested.

I've read So B. It, but if no one else has, I'd be willing to do it again.

And Peter Pan is weird.
